New Moon Yinstorative & Sound

Join Certified Yoga Practitioner AnnMarie and Certified Meditation Coach Stef Bourke for this gentle yoga practice that blends restorative and yin poses, enhanced by the soothing sounds of singing bowls and voice.

Restorative yoga is gentle, supportive, and therapeutic. This style of yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balanced homeostasis. Yinstorative applies the restorative philosophy to Yin poses by propping them more to allow longer, very restful poses.

This Yinstorative workshop is a deeply restful experience during which we use our yoga practice to help us turn inward. Energetically, this is a time for softness and reflection. A time to turn our attention inwards and reflect on what’s truly happening with our emotional and mental landscape. A time to quiet things down so we can listen to our own inner voice, wisdom, and set our intentions with mindfulness and integrity.

One of the most powerful energies of Yinstorative Yoga is the energy of stillness. An experience that invites us to create space for simply being. Yinstorative guides us into the rest and reflection essential for our growth and wellbeing.

Why Add Sound?
The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments like crystal bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure. The experience creates an environment of “resonance” within the body.

Yin Yoga Exploration of Roll Model Therapy

Join AnnMarie Wolf for this morning Yin Yoga Exploration of Roll Model Therapy.

A morning Yin yoga gives us the chance to exercise some deep listening. When we make the space to listen in the morning, we can hear all the places in our physical body gently wake as we move into long-releasing Yin shape after long-releasing Yin shape. Taking time for Yin early in the day, when our muscles are cold, allows us to access the deeper fascia. That depth, that stillness, is what our bodies seek. It prepares us to listen more deeply and be kinder to ourselves. That kindness gives us the grace to move slowly, to not be tethered to devices, and to create silence and stillness.

A morning Yin yoga sequence awakens that innate connection between your body, your breath, and your mind. This Yin Yoga Exploration of Roll Model Therapy series utilizes Roll Model® Therapy Balls, a soft tissue conditioning tool that we will be using as an adjunct offering within our Yin Yoga gentle release practice. These self-massage balls will help us improve body coordination, reduce pain, and improve movement. Each week we will explore a different area of the body, including shoulders, back and hips.

Group Regression Session

Join Carrie Taylor for this unique group regression experience.

What is regression work? How can it help you access past experiences for healing and insights?

Group regressions offer a wonderful opportunity to access past/parallel life memories, meet your spirit guides, and connect with your higher self. It’s also a chance to engage with like-minded individuals, share insights, and enjoy meaningful conversations with fellow consciousness explorers.

In this session, we’ll explore regression as a powerful tool for uncovering past/parallel life memories that may offer valuable answers. The session will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided journey where Carrie Taylor (Certified Consulting Hypnotist) will lead you into a past life experience.

You’ll be comfortably situated on a mat (or chair), allowing you to relax deeply as we explore together. After the journey, there will be time for journaling, where you can write down your experiences, followed by the option to share your insights with the group. This process is designed to help you integrate the healing and clarity that arise during the session.

Full Moon Restorative & Sound Circle

Join Carrie Taylor and Stef Bourke for this full moon restorative yoga and sound experience.

This is your opportunity take a break from doing for others to allow yourself the opportunity to rest and be nurtured in We Thrive’s cozy studio.

Full moons are great gateways to create change in our lives, they are powerful tools for letting go of unwanted energy and cleansing and releasing what doesn’t serve us anymore.

During this Full Moon Restorative Circle you will be guided to create openings in both your body and mind to allow for your dreams to take root and be charged by the light of the full moon.

In this session, we’ll come together in circle for a full moon release practice with crystals. We will follow Carrie through an incredibly nurturing restorative yoga practice that was designed to facilitate release during the full moon, and we will go deep with the soft sounds of crystal singing bowls, voice and a guided meditation with Stef.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During our practice you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of an hour. No yoga experience necessary.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.
