What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a general term that refers to using intentional breathing to support healing. For centuries, cultures around the world have practiced breathwork, finding their unique way of using conscious breath to change the mind and body. In Embodiment and Somatic Breathwork, we utilize a variety of patterns and holds to release density (trauma, stress, anxiety, and old emotions) and shift into divinity (lighter, calmer, freer states). The effects of Breathwork are felt immediately and ripple into all areas of your life.

Breanne Queen is a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and Somatic Coach dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their health.
Through transformative breathwork sessions and nutritional guidance, she helps clients alleviate stress and burnout-related health issues. Inspired by her own healing journey, Breanne emphasizes the importance of addressing root causes as well as working with the nervous system for optimal well-being.

What to Expect in Your Session
In a private session, you and Breanne will craft a journey to what you need. Whether you are looking to relieve stress, heal trauma, or deepen your connection with your Self, the journey is curated to your intention.
You and Breanne will spend time connecting and setting the space so you feel safe. If something is coming up that needs attention, Breanne will guide you into working with the somatics of your body to process and release.
Once you begin the breathwork journey, you will be guided through a variety of breath patterns and holds. Breanne will also use therapeutic touch to help you release and let go.
The session finishes with a gentle meditation to integrate your journey. You will walk away feeling calmer and lighter, having shed another layer.

This session is designed to help you reset your mind and body in just 30 minutes. Through guided breathwork you’ll release stress, anxiety and overwhelm, reconnect to the present moment, and leave feeling calm and relaxed. This session is perfect for beginner breathers or when you need a quick reset.
Deep Renewal
60 Minute Session | $110 (+HST)
Dive into the transformative power of breathwork with this full-length session designed to deepen healing and restore your well-being. Through guided breathwork, you’ll release stress, trauma and emotions, creating space for clarity and relaxation. This session will help clear your mind and body, leaving you feeling grounded and revitalized. Perfect for those ready to go deeper on their healing journey and emerge feeling renewed.
