Sometimes you need to cancel.

We get it. Sometimes you will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment with us. It’s totally okay. We just ask that when you do, you give us proper notice, so we can fill your spot and help someone else.

Cancelling an Appointment

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, or a missed visit, leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day where we could have helped someone else. As such, we require 2 business days’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment (Note: we are closed on weekends). When less than 2 business days’ notice is provided, or when the client misses the appointment with no notice, the full visit fee will be applied. To help remind you of your scheduled appointment, we send e-mail reminders 7 days and 4 days before as a courtesy. You can also choose to opt in to receive a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your visit. We do not apply a fee in the case of emergencies, inclement weather or sickness.

Cancelling an Event or Class

We understand that occasionally plans change and you may not be able to attend the event that you have registered for. In that case, we encourage you to ask a friend to take your place. While our tickets are non-refundable, they can certainly be transferred with your permission. Please give us a call if you are transferring your ticket and we can make the arrangements. In the event that you are not able to find a friend to attend, please consider being a part of our “pay it forward” program. Just let us know if you can’t make it, and we’ll offer up your ticket to a member of the community who might not have been able to attend otherwise. It’s a beautiful thing!
