28 Day- 15 Minute Yoga Challenge w/ Carrie

Only 15 minutes a day to nurture your body and soul!
Each day we will explore different aspects of yoga from movement to breath to stillness to cultivate a practice that you can continue to do on your own. These classes are specifically designed to help you strengthen, tone and feel good as we begin 2021.
Join me live via Zoom
28 days starting Monday, January 4th at 8:00 am
(PJ’s are acceptable yoga attire for this Challenge)
Commit to doing each class before the end of the day and notice the changes in your body, mind and spirit
Unable to attend every day, no worries
Classes will be recorded and shared before noon each day
28 classes will be yours to keep and revisit any time after the challenge has ended
