We’re SO EXCITED to introduce you to our newest gorgeous yoga offering from our new yoga crush- Myra (Mee-Rah.)
Through this ayurvedic yoga practice, we invite you to join us on an inward journey of self exploration and self acceptance through movement, breathwork and meditation.
Myra will lead you to move and discover your body in a new and mindful way. The practice of asanas will be followed by pranayama – an array of breathing techniques, helping you connect to your breath and let go off stress, releasing possible internal physical and emotinal blockages.
The apex of the practice is meditation, which with self-awareness, wil give you different perspective and maybe even help you answer some deep lingering questions. This weekly practice holds a promise to help you change your perspective and tap into your inner joy. See you on the mat!
*This yoga practice is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced- each asana can be adapted to accomodate your body.
**Please note that these evening drop in sessions are trial classes for the monthly series that Myra is hosting starting May 8th.

A little bit about Myra:
Myra became interested in yoga, as it so often happens, to find a solution for her back pain. According to her philosophy, the solution had to be non-intrusive and without medicines… and yoga was working!
Myra tried many different styles and teachers and discovered how yoga was affecting her on a whole other level- providing emotional balance, shifting her perspective and bringing out in her the truest version of herself.
Yoga became her life philosophy, influencing everything from her diet, attitudes and life goals. By integrating a variety of meditation techniques into her practice and incorporating ayurvedic knowledge, she has focused in on Ayurvedic Yoga.
