This yin yoga practice will help to balance body, mind and spirit. During each class we will explore long-held poses that focus on your meridian system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Your life energy/qi flows through these meridian highways related to various organs in the body and we will explore the subtleties of these energies.
A yin yoga class is meditative in-nature. Each yin posture is held for several minutes, helping you to observe what arises for you, while you quietly hold the pose.
Join us for this gentle class that is suitable for all experience levels.
