This yin yoga practice will help to balance body, mind and spirit, through a series of yin postures that focus on the elements of wood, fire, earth, metal, water and air. Each week the practice will focus on a different element.
A yin yoga class is meditative in nature. Each yin posture is held for several minutes, helping you observe what arises for you, while you quietly hold the pose.
