A woman’s pelvic floor muscles support her bladder, bowel, and uterus, and help to ensure healthy sexual function.

Did you know that pelvic floor dysfunction is a cause of low back pain? Or that kegels are not always the answer for strengthening these muscles? Did you know your stress levels affect your pelvic floor? And that peeing when you laugh or jump on a trampoline is actually NOT normal!!
