Between our full schedules and all of the stimulation throughout the day, it’s not uncommon to experience the inability to relax at the end of the day. How many of us spend time laying in bed processing, when we should be sound asleep, resting and regenerating our bodies? How many of us are jolted out of sleep many times a night, for no apparent reason?
Join us as we learn from Reflexologist Lise Dupel-Hannah how to use reflexology to deepen and maintain better sleeping habits. The evening will include a demonstration and some tips and tricks that you can start implementing immediately to take the fast track to dreamland.
