Breathwork is a powerful stress relief tool that releases stress from your mind and body while helping you escape the constant fight-or-flight mode. Breathwork is a nervous system regulating tool that trains your nervous system to easily shift out of stress and into rest, helping you feel calm and relaxed more often!

PLEASE BRING:
Please bring a water bottle and, if you wish, a journal and pen. Blankets, eye pillows, yoga mats, and other props are provided, or participants are welcome to bring preferred items from home.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will be lying down on a yoga mat on the floor, cozy with blankets and pillows, for most of this session. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility challenges.
