What is Breathwork?
BreathWork is a way to connect the mind, body and spirit. By using conscious breathing techniques and movement, we journey inward and feel what needs to be felt with curiosity and kindness. No judgement. This willingness to be with what is, in the moment, allows us to move towards releasing what no longer serves us and reconnect us with who we truly are. To accept all parts of ourselves just as we are. This openness and acceptance makes room for new possibilities to unfold.
During a BreathWork session, Joanne provides a safe and healing space where she uses guided meditations, conscious breathing techniques and music to open the door to your inner world.By vitalizing the body with oxygen, we gain clarity, direction, connect with our inner child and break through the fear and blockages that have been holding us back. Each session will move us deeper and deeper into the abundance of universal love, connectedness, insight and purpose.
** if you have one, please bring yoga mat, pillow/cushion to sit on, and blanket. We will have extras available in the studio.
