Join host Christopher Turrall of the New Beginnings Metaphysical Training Centre as we explore level one of five of the Empath Course.
What is the Empath Course?
The Empath course was designed to help some one who shows empathic abilities, someone who can feel other people’s emotions. This course will show you what it is to be an empath, traits, characteristics and how to protect yourself on a daily basis. It is a 5 step process for full understanding of this ability.
Level 1 : Are you an Empath?
In level one, topics include:
- What is an empath?
- The nature of an empath and common traits amongst all empaths
- Discussion about the 5 main chakras used as an empath and which one controls them all
- Empath Affirmations
- Grounding tools to be used when needed most 6) Building of an energetic shield to protect the person from unwanted emotions or energies
