👉 Maybe you’re already meditating but you’re looking for a group to meet with to keep yourself accountable?
👉 Perhaps you just really like free things and you’re open to the experience, whatever it is!
Whatever has brought you here, welcome. Please join us on Wednesday November 3rd for a virtual meditation and soul talk session. This is your chance to ask your questions about meditation, bring up areas where you might be struggling for open discussion, talk about the ways that meditation can/has been impacting your life and explore what could be possible for you and your journey.
I will aim to share tips and tricks on building a meditation practice (if there are participants who are just starting out), and ways to keep yourself accountable and how to know if you’re on track.
I will also hold space for anything that might come up, anything that needs discussing or exploring in safe space before we head into 30 minutes of guided meditation. The important part is that this session is what you make it- if you have things you’d like to learn or discuss, SHARE THEM. And if you’d rather stay anonymous, send me an email beforehand.
Please come prepared with headphones and a quiet space, an open mind and a willingness to listen and be heard.
