Get away from your office chair, into the studio and onto a yoga chair to enjoy this alignment-based yoga session.

Learn how to use a few postures to help you get through the day feeling a little happier and healthier. Enjoy a sequence of invigorating breathwork, and deep stretches.

This lunchtime break can help give your immune system a boost, open your tight spaces, and clear your mind.

𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗥:
AnnMarie Wolf retired from a fulfilling career as a Secondary School Healthy Active Living teacher in June of 2014 and the very next day began her studies in yoga teacher training becoming a certified Vinyasa/Hatha yoga teacher in 2015. AnnMarie’s love of yoga led her to continuing yoga education in restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, roll model therapy, yoga for seniors and yin yoga. Although her passion in bringing the magic of yoga to her peeps, the Baby Boomers, her classes are designed for people of all ages and body types, with varied challenges in strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Her personal mantra is “You are never too old nor too stiff.”
