Join us for this Full Moon Restorative Yoga Class and Moon Circle, with Carrie Taylor.
We work so hard – in our lives, on ourselves, and on our dreams. We’re so busy seeking, learning, growing and evolving, that too often we forget the other side of the equation.
We are so caught up in the “doing” part of creating, that we forget about the importance of resting.
We forget to let go, drop the rope and trust in the Universe to give life and power to our dreams.
During this Full Moon Restorative Circle you will be guided to let go of what no longer serves you, in order to create the space in both your body and mind to allow your dreams and desire to be charged by the light of the full moon.
You will be guided into restorative yoga postures where you will feel supported to release and let go, as Carrie Taylor places sandbags on you to deepen your level of relaxation. You will also work with crystals, candles and guided meditation.
What is Restorative Yoga?
For those of you that have never done a restorative yoga class; you will be guided into a pose, as you get nice and comfortable and just allow your body to melt and relax. We don’t want any stress or strain and props will be used to help make this an enjoyable experience. No yoga experience is necessary.
Restorative Yoga is a great practice for this time of the Moon Cycle to ponder what is being illuminated by the light of the moon and let go of what no longer serves you.
Restorative Yoga is a good way to encourage mindfulness, sooth the nervous system, deeply relax the body, deepen self-awareness and introspection, and help you feel safe and nurtured.
We will use the power of crystals to release what no longer serves us and the light of candles to bring illumination to what you desire.
