All Yoga is based on Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga will allow you to develop ease, comfort, strength, and flexibility over time in both mind and body.
This Gentle Hatha series is a slow class to be enjoyed by yogis with a range of yoga abilities from new yogis who want to learn the fundamental poses in yoga to seasoned yogis who are craving a gentle practice.
In these classes, we move in and out of poses (asanas) mindfully, with detailed focus on safe alignment and breath (pranayama), while honouring your own individual needs, level of experience and personal limitations.
