Join Paul-Julien Tanti for this Gentle and Meditative Hatha Yoga series.
Gentle and Meditative Classical (Hatha) Yoga is for people of all levels and abilities. Classes will give students the opportunity to learn relaxation techniques, breath and movement exercises, meditation and yoga postures in a quiet and mindful nature.
Throughout the class, we will connect with traditional Yogic sounds, as well as silence, to promote harmony between the mind and body. The goal of the class is to impart knowledge of simple effective Yoga tools that the participants will have the confidence to use, on their own, in their daily life.
MEET YOUR TEACHER:
Paul Tanti
Paul-Julien Tanti has been teaching yoga for 10 years, working with people of all ages and abilities. He currently teaches in Senior living residences and with community support agencies. He completed his Yoga Teacher Training with Sivananda Yoga in 2014 and was given the spiritual name Murali, the flute of Krishna. He brings warmth, consistency and gentleness to his classes and meets students where they are at. He is currently in his second year of the Spiritual Psychotherapy Program at Transformational Arts College and has a great interest in writing, music and art making that encourages community, wellbeing, and healing.
