Please accept this invitation to release the stress that you carry with you throughout your week with these guided meditation sessions. Throughout the series, we will explore different topics, ways of bringing yourself back to center and shifting your perspective as we grow our practice of meditation together. With regular meditation comes ease. The more you build your practice, the more you can gain from it.
You will benefit from this opportunity to quiet your mind, still your body and focus on your breath and your connection to your authentic self. Regular meditation sessions have been proven to lower stress and anxiety levels, lengthen your attention span and help you sleep better at night.
