Guided Meditation & Soul Talk Circles

Join Meditation and Alignment Coach Stef Bourke for these meditation and soul talk circles.

We will come together to meditate, to explore a theme related to our practice and to share in honest and open conversation with one another around our practice. Please accept the invitation to join in meditative space together.

In working together through meditation and sharing in soul talk, you will have the opportunity to expand your awareness, explore different states of consciousness and cultivate the core experiences of connection, balance, joy, love and peace.

Regular meditation sessions have been proven to lower stress and anxiety levels, lengthen your attention span, deepen your connection to the body and help you sleep better at night.

Are you a beginner?
Not to worry. Don’t be shy. We all begin at the same place. Everyone is welcome.

PLEASE NOTE:
When registering for these meditation drop-in sessions, please ensure you register for each class individually. These sessions are NOT a series, so registration in one class does not register you for subsequent sessions. Everyone is welcome. You can begin attending on any date offered. No previous experience necessary.

OM PASS DETAILS:
Use an Om Pass to save money on Evening Drop-In Meditation classes with Stef Bourke. Purchase a 6-class Om Pass for $120 + HST (that’s $20/class). Om Passes must be purchased in person or over the phone, and must be used within three months from the date of purchase.
