Join AnnMarie Wolf for this 5-week gentle Hatha Yoga Basics series.
This Hatha Yoga Basics class is designed to help you explore the basic postures used in the more active styled yoga classes. All classes encourage prop use, including chairs and the wall. We will take our time to focus on the pose progressions as you develop your own individual version while learning how to mindfully deepen your breathing, and relaxation techniques. This class may be a perfect fit for you whether you are a senior, a beginner, recovering from an injury, working to improve your yoga practice or simply prefer to practice yoga at a slower more relaxed pace.
PLEASE NOTE:
If a series does not fill entirely, then the remaining spots can be filled by drop-in students. Call us to determine if there are any drop-in spots available in this series.
