Join Carrie Taylor on Mondays at 5:00 for this beautiful 6 week all-levels yoga series.
Slow Flow Yoga is a form of yoga that anyone can practice (from beginners to masters). It is a low-impact workout, which can help you balance your body and mind gradually.
The form is a modified version of Vinyasa Flow. Slow Flow has the element of time; it allows the practitioner to evaluate and modify a pose while practicing. While transiting from one pose to another, the yoga form gives you time to engage with the body mentally, thus limiting the chances of injury. Slow Flow Vinyasa is an effective way to learn about your limitations and improve them gradually. After all, the main motive behind every yoga form is the secure connection between the mind and body.
* Please note that class is limited to 6 ppl
** Participants must comply with COVID safety protocols of We Thrive Wellness
*** Participants must supply their own yoga mat and props
**** Masks may be removed during the practice when participants are standing in their mat space, 6 ft. apart.
