Join Meditation Coach and Guide Stef Bourke on this introductory series that will expose you to the fundamentals of meditation.
This series is for you if:
You have struggled to build a practice that you can stick to
You’ve tried meditation but it’s just not ‘working’
You are aware that you are not your thoughts, but you can’t seem to find the space to observe them
You know your nervous system needs calming and you’re ready to try this!
These sessions will be rich with opportunity to ask questions about meditation, what comes up for you when you try to meditate and what hurdles you might be facing within your own practice.
Each week we will focus on a different approach to calming the body and give you and opportunity to have first-hand experience working with each approach. You’ll be supported with an optional ‘challenge’ for the week should you choose to accept it, and a link to a recording of a guided meditation that will support you as you practice on your own (or not!)
