Join us at this deep dive training, where experienced Spiritual Medium Paula Stableford will teach you how to connect to your internal guidance and trust what you receive. She will share techniques and tools she has learned over the years delivering inspirational messages from loved ones in Spirit for thousands of people.

This workshop is best suited for people who have begun a practice of spiritual development already, are working as mediums, empaths or healers, or who have a strong commitment to deepening their connection to Spirit.

ACCESSING YOUR INTUITION: Part 1
In the first part of the morning Paula will review the fundamentals of intuitive development. You will experience a group healing and guided meditation, including messages delivered by Paula. And you will participate in interactive exercises designed to deepen and develop your intuition.

Advanced participants will be guided to connect with, and learn to channel messages from their Higher self, loved ones or guides. And Paula will help these participants to identify spiritual blockages that may be impeding further growth and development. Techniques will be shared for moving and shifting those blocks.

• How to ask for, recognize and interpret signs
• How to connect with your Higher self, guides and angels
• How to clear and protect your energy
• How to sense energy from people, things and your surroundings

DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE: Part 2
In this second part of the workshop, Paula will help you identify and explore the spiritual blockages that may be impeding your further growth and intuitive development. You will learn techniques to clear your spiritual blocks and make space for the realization of your soul’s purpose. Paula will provide guidance from Spirit and your guides, that directly relates to your divine purpose, and that will help you learn to heal the layers of yourself to clear the way for deepened intuitive guidance. Paula will coach you to take your spiritual practice to the next level.

Paula has been guided by and connected to Spiritual energy since childhood. Her passion is to channel messages from loved ones in Spirit, answer questions on past, present and future, and guide people on their life path.
