Calm the mind, calm the body, calm the experience. Let’s get your meditation practice started (or rebooted) together to help you tap into your peaceful, compassionate centre.
Join meditation coach Stef Bourke to learn all about how to build/enhance your practice and how you can incorporate it into your routine so that you can show up better for life, from a place of calm centeredness.
During the 6 weeks we will explore:
- A short history of meditation
- Why meditation is so important
- Health Benefits of meditation
- Different styles of meditation (with practice time)
- The body mind connection
- Exploring and tapping into energy centers
- Tips and Hints on how to deepen your practice
- How to get out of your own way
IN ADDITION to our weekly meetings, you will:
- Receive a one on one meditation coaching session with Stef (virtual or in person)
- Receive ongoing support throughout the 6 weeks via a private Facebook group
- Have weekly homework tasks (don’t worry, they’re not lengthy essays!!)
- Be held accountable through logging your daily meditation practice
- Receive access to Stef’s guided meditation downloads that reflect the theme of each week
- Be asked to show up authentically and honestly, for yourself and the group.
**This intentional space we create together will be respectful, kind and without judgement.
