Life Listens: Sound Bath Meditation

𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘀, 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗺𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝘆𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

$When you sink into a Sound Bath and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow; shifting from an active state to a more relaxed — even dreamlike, state.

Join Kirk (Cedar) Kelly for a 90-minute session of guided meditation and sound bath followed by a decompression chat.

To begin, you’ll get comfortable laying on a yoga mat while he guides you through a full body scan. Once settled, the resonating vibrations of the bowls will begin. All you need to do is listen and feel the vibrations wash over your body.

The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

As things come to a close, a secondary body scan will gently bring you back to the waking world. Each session ends with an open space for you to share your experiences with others if you so wish.
