Allow yourself to settle into your meditation practice with Stef’s gentle guidance and then be transported by the mystical tones of the RAV.

You’ve never heard of a RAV?
The RAV Vast E Low Pygmy is a steel tongue drum celebrated for its calming, resonant tones and meditative qualities. Played by Gav Session, a Quinte-based musician with over two decades of experience, it creates serene soundscapes perfect for mindfulness and relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE:
When registering for these meditation drop-in sessions, please ensure you register for each class individually. These sessions are NOT a series, so registration in one class does not register you for subsequent sessions. Everyone is welcome. You can begin attending on any date offered. No previous experience necessary.

OM PASS DETAILS:
Use an Om Pass to save money on Evening Drop-In Meditation classes with Stef Bourke. Purchase a 6-class Om Pass for $120 + HST (that’s $20/class). Om Passes must be purchased in person or over the phone, and must be used within three months from the date of purchase.
