Join Meditation and Alignment Coach Stef Bourke for this 90 minute workshop focused on sleep.

If you struggle to get enough deep, restful sleep each night, you’re not alone. Is this you? Sometimes we just can’t seem to get comfortable, tossing and turning in bed. Sometimes our minds are racing and we just can’t seem to slow down the thoughts to find quiet.

If you’re someone who struggles to sleep or who reaches for a sleep aid, consider this: what if you could establish meditation and mindfulness tools that would help you fall asleep more quickly and stay asleep for longer?

During the workshop we will:

– Explore sleep hygiene strategies
– Practice physical relaxation tools
– Practice tools to calm mental activity and your body’s energy
– Explore our beliefs when it comes to sleep
– Set goals and intentions to move forward for improved sleep quality.
