An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 24, 2018

*This 5-week series is a continuation of Series 1* (However, tweens and teens who have not taken Series 1 are welcome to join this series and take Series 1 after)

Adding more tools to your child’s mindfulness tool box, this second series will further enhance your child’s ability to find balance, peace and calm.

This 5-week series will continue to teach your child how to bring more mindfulness into their daily routine, resulting in increased self-regulation, decreased stress at home and school, and boosted self confidence. For ages 11-18.

Learning mindfulness techniques at a young age sets forward a path of assuredness, good decision-making, emotional maturity and self-confidence – as children learn the life skills of dealing with distraction, overwhelm, anxiety and uncertainty.

Week 1: Re-Intro into Mindfulness
Week 2: Finger Mantras and Mindful Spaces – Mindful Emotions
Week 3: Mind the Music – Mindful Listening and Mindful Breathing
Week 4: Movement in Nature – Mindful Movement
Week 5: Things That Make You Go MMMMM…Mindful Eating
