Adding more tools to your child’s mindfulness tool box, this second series will further enhance your child’s ability to find balance, peace and calm.
This 5-week series will continue to teach your child how to bring more mindfulness into their daily routine, resulting in increased self-regulation, decreased stress at home and school, and boosted self confidence. For ages 11-18.
Learning mindfulness techniques at a young age sets forward a path of assuredness, good decision-making, emotional maturity and self-confidence – as children learn the life skills of dealing with distraction, overwhelm, anxiety and uncertainty.
