This gentle all level flowing yoga class will help ease you through the midweek hump. Working with the breath, the aim is to develop awareness, strength and flexibility not only in your body but also your mind.
This is a great way to use your lunch hour to reset your mind and body for the busy afternoon ahead!

Carrie Taylor considers yoga to be an exploration of self – where she encourages students to turn their attention inward to understand what is real in each moment. She specializes in slow flow and yin yoga and is a Certified Consulting Hypnotist which is reflected in her dreamy guided meditations. Her superpower is to sense and adapt to whatever type class the group is needing.
