The tween and teen years can be fraught with new and emerging challenges as emotions are navigated, skin issues arise, hormones begin to shift and social pressures increase. Help your youth and adolescent children to feel educated and empowered by joining us to discover solutions to common concerns faced by this population.
We will be discussing simple and practical + natural solutions that can be integrated easily. Teaching our youth to listen to their bodies, trust themselves and become empowered as an advocate of their own wellness is a gift that will serve them well in to the future. This will include some open discussion as well as essential oil solutions to support the challenges being commonly experienced.
A portion of this workshop will be hands on, as we craft a personalized roller bottle to support mood, hormonal health, skin health or stress. This workshop will be FULL of useful info that will inspire your children to take care of their greatest asset…their health and wellness. Come and join us!
