Fire cider is a traditional remedy used to help boost the immune system. It is a combination of apple cider vinegar with foods and herbs that support the body’s immune system by helping to decrease congestion, fight off infectious organisms, and increase circulation in the body. It has been used traditionally to help the body stay healthy and warm throughout the winter months.
This is a hands on workshop- all supplies will be provided and you will be taking home a 500mL jar of your own fire cider!
