WHAT IS SHE THRIVES?
She Thrives is an innovative women’s wellness centre in Downtown Belleville, offering a wide variety of mind, body and soul services in a feminine, safe and welcoming environment.

Our multidisciplinary team of practitioners provide private services and treatments, group classes, workshops and events in the areas of: naturopathic medicine, physiotherapy and pelvic floor physiotherapy, intuitive healing, holistic nutrition, manual osteopathy, massage therapy, yoga, meditation, Reiki healing, craniosacral therapy, spiritual teaching, reflexology, and self-love life coaching.

At She Thrives we believe that a woman’s health, wellness and happiness is elevated when she feels a part of a community that understands her, and cares for and supports her. This is why our philosophy of care is grounded in an experience of sisterhood and connectedness.

~FEMININE, SAFE & WARM~
The typical clinical experience has been turned on its head at She Thrives, where our physical space is beautiful, feminine and chic. The emphasis is on creating comfortable, safe space for women to explore all dimensions of wellness in an environment that is first and foremost inviting and warm.

When a woman walks through the doors of She Thrives, she experiences an immediate welcoming into a tribe that wants nothing but the best for her. She feels a sense of coming home as the deepest parts of her recognize the age-old practice of women gathering to heal, to love and to nurture.

~EVERYONE IS WELCOME~
At our wellness centre we focus on creating safe space for women to explore all the dimensions of their wellness. But we are not exclusive to women. Men and children enjoy our services on our regular family days each week, and they are LOVING our space and programming too!
