Raise Your Vibes! Crystal Workshop & Vibrational Healing

Join us for this intimate evening of vibrational exploration. Certified Crystal Healer and Reiki Master, Donna Goulding, will help participants understand the vibrational nature of crystals and how and why they support healing.
The evening will begin with a workshop on energy, crystals, and the chakra system, allowing participants to learn the basics of how to choose, care for, charge and use crystals on a daily basis to experience personal growth and transformation.
Following the discussion, participants will experience vibrational healing firsthand during a gong sound healing presented by Donna’s daughter and healing partner, Sarah, during which Donna will channel Reiki healing energy for each participant. The vibrations created by the gong, coupled with gentle Reiki energy, will help participants enter into a relaxed, parasympathetic state conducive to healing.
The evening will be a gentle and sacred introduction to vibrational healing, that will harness the collective energy of the group to raise and balance each participant’s personal vibration.
