Restorative Yoga is a sequence of Yoga poses designed to deeply relax muscles and connective tissues. Soothing music and gentle postures along with the smooth flow of breath enhance mental quietness thereby encouraging a deep dive into the rest and restore attributes of the body’s own parasympathetic system.
Reiki restores and balances the body, promoting health, well-being, and aliveness. It brings balance to the recipient’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and psychic bodies.
A lot of our daily habits and routines bring about disturbances to our nervous system creating decreased stress coping skills, pain, illness, disturbances in sleeping patterns and emotional imbalances. This ‘R & R’ workshop is designed to utilize two types of energetic medicine that are designed to allow you to deepen and intensify your healing experience.
