Soundscape Walk

𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Go within and experience a deep sense of calm and peace, while in community with others.

At this interactive workshop, you will engage with instruments and the five elements of Water, Fire, Earth, Air, and Ether.

This 3 hour workshop is an introduction to various instruments and how to use them in connection with the elements. Participants with or without ‘a musical bone’ in their body, will get a chance to play around with a wide range of sound-makers including shakers, seed pods, drums, rain sticks, chimes, bells, singing bowls, ocean drums, voices and our own bodies.

This workshop is a feast for the senses!

Both calming and invigorating, this workshop is for anyone aged 10 to 110 yrs old and will be adapted to the various needs of the participants. Come with curiosity and an openness to create something immersive for yourself and others.

If you have instruments of your own, please feel welcome to bring them.

This workshop is facilitated by Psychotherapist, Energy Practitioner and Spiritual Director – Sarah Angela Clarke.
