
Join Carrie for Summer Balance, an 8-week Wednesday late afternoon yoga series designed to harmonize the dynamic (Yang) and restful (Yin) energies within you.
Each class blends energizing, heat-building movement with slow, grounding stretches—offering the perfect midweek reset.
As summer’s vibrant energy peaks, this series will help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner stillness—leaving you refreshed and rebalanced each week. All levels are welcome; no previous experience is necessary.
MEET YOUR TEACHER:
Carrie Taylor (Schaefer)
Carrie’s passion for yoga, in particular, guided meditation, brought her to the study of hypnosis and HypnoBirthing®. Hypnosis is similar to guided meditation but at a much deeper level. In her gentle yoga classes and hypnosis sessions, Carrie encourages people to connect with their deeper self and make positive changes in their lives. Carrie’s relaxed energy and soothing voice lead clients into a deep state of inner calm where they can tap into their own inner wisdom and address what is challenging them.
