Your mental health is ALSO important.
When you journey alongside a spouse, parent, child, colleague, friend or anyone in your life who deals with the challenges of a mental health diagnosis, sometimes the strain of this can put terrific pressures on you. How do you find the patience, the skills, the resilience to continue to support them AND maintain your own guilt-free self-care?
We are offering a safe space in which to acknowledge the weight of our caring, to learn skills to manage daily challenges and to celebrate our big and little triumphs. This will be a drop-in event, however if you plan to attend please sign up as this assists us in our planning. This is a ‘pay-what-you-can’ offering open to all.
