Finding calm within, is a breath away.
Join us for a relaxing breathwork session to help you release stress and worry and reconnect with your inner calm. In this group session, you’ll be guided through a variety of breath patterns, holds, and soothing techniques to awaken your calm within. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, more grounded, and at ease.
About Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful tool that not only helps you feel more relaxed, it also shifts your body from a stressed state (fight-or-flight) into a calm, restful state (rest-and-digest). It quiets mental noise, eases anxiety, and brings your nervous system back into balance.

PLEASE BRING:
Please bring a water bottle and, if you wish, a journal and pen. Blankets, eye pillows, yoga mats, and other props are provided, or participants are welcome to bring preferred items from home.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will be lying down on a yoga mat on the floor, cozy with blankets and pillows, for most of this session. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility challenges.
