This is an intimate and casual evening where we will learn about the importance of mindfulness, our breath, setting intentions and gratitude.Learn about the benefits of Mindfulness and living your most intentional life. You will take away Mindful tools that you can immediately start implementing with your family.
Beading is a wonderful way to express yourself creatively. Its meditative process that connects you to Mantra (positive affirmations and intentions), your mind, body and soul as well as the Earth.
We will learn about the meaning of Mala beads and healing properties of the gemstones used. You will make one bracelet that are custom to your intentions. There will be info cards set up to help you along the way.
When our bracelets are finished we will bless and cleanse them with your chosen mantras during a sage ceremony. We will end the evening with a simple Mindful Meditation.REGISTER
