Throughout time, women have naturally understood the value in gathering together and turning to one another for support and community. At She Thrives, we hold space for women to do this regularly.
In the work that we do, we have experienced firsthand how transformation and healing happens organically when women feel listened to, validated and supported by a community that cares for them.
In honour of International Women’s Day, we present the debut of a monthly women’s circle focused on connection and personal development – The Gathering.
For the next ten months, we invite women to join us, once a month, for an evening of conversation and exploration of topics meant to cultivate collective healing and sisterhood.
TOPIC OF APRIL GATHERING:
How can we find balance and “fit it all in” without burning out? The demands on women have never been higher and we often feel pulled in many directions. How can we decide for ourselves what level of commitment is sustainable and which things we can let go of?
Join the conversation as we ask this question and many more! In amongst the sharing of our stories and the unpacking of our limiting beliefs, facilitator Sarah Hutchison, Co-Owner of She Thrives, will share what she has learned through balacing multiple business ownership, parenthood and intentional self care.
