Feeling all the feels?
Tired of your inner-judger?
Right now, we are harder on ourselves than ever.

The expectations to be ok, hold all together, ‘learn a new skill’, while we’re needing to be:

• the best mom/teacher/wife
• pivot a business
• navigate financial instability or unemployment
• work on the frontline
• face loneliness

Is too much for anyone to ask for right now, and yet we do of ourselves.

Life was enough of a balancing act before and now you’ve had to add more roles with less time to yourself; or have more time yet feel less motivated, sad or tired.

Amidst all of this, it’s hard to find our footing because we don’t know what to expect going forward. Talk about confusing!!!

The answer is not in being harder on ourselves, but kinder.
