Yin Unwind & Release Yoga | 4-Week Series (WK1)

Join AnnMarie Wolf for this 4-week Yin Yoga series for all experience levels.

Yin Yoga offsets the more intense harsh aspects of life with the Yin softer contemplative modes of life. Adding Yin Yoga’s quieter aspect to your healthy lifestyle practice will introduce you to the possibility of a physical, emotional, mental equilibrium.

When you feel that life is more intense than you would like it to be, the ancient art of tuning in to the internal softer aspects of your personal Yin nature is often the healing direction that you mind and body crave.

Yin will affect your physical body in waves that may surprise you. A regular Yin practice will help you to evolve your ability to open up and connect with your life and yoga experience as it is, rather than holding onto your resistance.

This practice is suitable for all levels. Everyone welcome.

AnnMarie Wolf retired from a fulfilling career as a Secondary School Healthy Active Living teacher in June of 2014 and the very next day began her studies in yoga teacher training becoming a certified Vinyasa/Hatha yoga teacher in 2015. AnnMarie’s love of yoga led her to continuing yoga education in restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, roll model therapy, yoga for seniors and yin yoga. Although her passion in bringing the magic of yoga to her peeps, the Baby Boomers, her classes are designed for people of all ages and body types, with varied challenges in strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Her personal mantra is “You are never too old nor too stiff.”
