Yin Unwind & Release Yoga | 4-Week Series (WK2)

Join AnnMarie Wolf for this 4-week Yin Yoga series.

Yin Yoga is the Yoga style that utilizes gentle passive stretch to access your deep joint tissue and increase your flexibility more profoundly than the dynamic styles of Yoga. It is an excellent means of rounding out your active Yoga practice.

Adding a Yin Yoga, quieter aspect to your healthy lifestyle practice can introduce you to the possibility of physical/ emotional/ mental equilibrium by offsetting the more intense aspects of life with the Yin softer more contemplative modes of life.

A regular Yin yoga practice will help you to evolve your ability to open up and connect with your life/ yoga experience as it is, rather than holding on to resistance.

This practice is suitable for all levels. Everyone welcome.

AnnMarie Wolf retired from a fulfilling career as a Secondary School Healthy Active Living teacher in June of 2014 and the very next day began her studies in yoga teacher training becoming a certified Vinyasa/Hatha yoga teacher in 2015. AnnMarie’s love of yoga led her to continuing yoga education in restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, roll model therapy, yoga for seniors and yin yoga. Although her passion in bringing the magic of yoga to her peeps, the Baby Boomers, her classes are designed for people of all ages and body types, with varied challenges in strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Her personal mantra is “You are never too old nor too stiff.”
