Refocus your mind and rejuvenate your body with our new 8 week YIN/YANG yoga series.
Yin is a slower practice where we passively hold postures to get into the deep connective tissue of the body. Yang (hatha) is more active, building strength and working on balance. This series is perfect for everyone, no matter your yoga experience.
