Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the stillness of Yin yoga postures with traditional Yang yoga flow.
Join our in house registered yoga teacher Carrie Taylor for our first in studio yoga session in well… awhile.
This class will begin with a more active practice to release the busyness of your day and then we move into a deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that will allow you to drift into your evening with ease and grace.
*all levels welcome **CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 6 PPL. All mats will be 6 ft apart. Masks will be worn into and out of the studio, but can be removed during the practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and props.
