Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the stillness of Yin yoga postures with traditional Yang yoga flow.
This class will begin with a more active practice to release the busyness of your day and then we move into a deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that will allow you to drift into your evening with ease and grace.
