Yin Yoga- Drop In
July 1, 2019 at 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until July 1, 2019

You don’t want to miss this one! Our Registered Yoga Teacher is pleased to be offering another series of Yin Yoga, a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues.
Here are the benefits of a regular Yin yoga practice
- Calms and balances the mind and body
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Increases circulation
- Improves flexibility
- Releases fascia and improves joint mobility
- Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana (life force energy)
The class will run Wednesday evenings all summer. Drop in Rates are $20 per class, or you can purchase 5 or 10 class pass at She Thrives, which can be used for any of our evening yoga classes.
**Please arrive early to ensure you get a mat!
