This gentle hatha Yoga Basics class is designed to help you explore the basic yoga postures. All classes encourage prop use, including chairs and the wall.
We will take our time to mindfully deepen your breathing, and relaxation techniques. This class may be a perfect fit for you whether you are a senior, a beginner, recovering from an injury, working to improve your yoga practice, or simply prefer to practice yoga at a slower, more relaxed pace.
