Sarah Whiteman, RMT, CYT
She Thrives is over-the-moon to have our beautiful, and hilariously funny Sarah!
Sarah is a perfect example of a grounded practitioner who works in a profession she loves, but also makes time to nurture and move her body. At She Thrives, Sarah leads our Yoga practice and she sees patients as an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Massage Therapist. We are so grateful to have Sarah on our team in both these roles.
Sarah’s yoga journey began in 2010, while she was studying Registered Massage Therapy in Toronto. After just one yoga class, Sarah was HOOKED! She felt relaxed, empowered and ready to learn more.
After several years of classes and self-study, Sarah decided the next step was to become a certified yoga teacher. She received her 200-Hour Yoga Training Certificate at Janati Yoga School in 2015. She credits it as one of the most fulfilling experiences of her life to date.
With a background in massage therapy and yoga training, Sarah is very aware of how the human body works. This unique combination of knowledge and expertise helps Sarah provide safe, fun and educational yoga classes.
Her engaging blend of quick-witted humour and grounded guidance are why Sarah’s classes are much loved and well attended!
