Stand Up for Mental Health™
Kingston Show
This unique event provides a platform for folks who live with mental health challenges to share their stories through stand-up comedy. Each of the comics complete a comedy training program to develop their set, under the coaching of Mental Health Counsellor, Comedian and Founder of Stand Up for Mental Health™, David Granirer.
By showcasing their talents and humor, these individuals not only entertain but also help break down stigma. Join our encouraging audience and show your support for mental health awareness, while enjoying a night of hilarious performances!

This is our FIRST show in Kingston, Ontario! Our 2025 troupe will debut in Belleville on June 7th and then join some of our 2024 troupe members to perform in Kingston on June 8th.
